Background Mr. Christmas Frederick is a Lecturer in the department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Delta Agbor Delta State, Nigeria. He was a Lecturer in the defunct College of Education Agbor before it became a full fledged University on the 26th of February, 2021. Mr. Christmas holds a Diploma in Public Administration (1997) B.Sc in Public Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma (2001) and an M.Sc Public Administration also from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma (2005). Mr. Christmas also bagged a Post graduate diploma in Education from the University of Port Harcourt in 2011. Mr. Christmas Frederick who was placed as Lecturer 1 in the new University of Delta Agbor specializes in Public Administration.
