Background Dr. Clement Odiri Obagbinoko is a Senior Lecturer and currently the Acting Head of Department in the Department of olitical Science and Public Administration, University of Delta Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria. Before he joined the services of University of Delta Agbor in 2022, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the Delta State University, Abraka where he has taught Political Science since 2005 He bagged a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Political Science, Second Class (Hons), Upper Division from The Edo State University (now Ambrose Alli University) Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria; a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria; a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Dr. Obagbinoko also holds a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) Degree from the University of Benin, Benin City and he is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. Dr. Obagbinoko was a member of the Post-UTME committee of the University of Delta in 2022 and a serving member of senate of the University. Dr. Obagbinoko has published works in the area of Political Economy, Government and Politics, and in Peace and Conflicts.
