Background Akpokighe Okiemute Raymond was born 4th day of October 1983. He hails from Boboroku in Jesse, Ethiope West LGA of Delta State. He attended Bishop King Memorial Primary School, Calabar,Cross River State. Attended Baptist High School, Orerokpe, later Baptist High School, Eku and finally Abraka Grammar School, Abraka for his secondary education. Still passionate to acquire education,Igot admitted to study Political Science Education in 2002, and by 2006 I, graduated and needed to proceed for my mandatory NYSC service, to serve our fatherland and by 2008 I ended service. By 2008, Igot admitted to study Master in Political Science (MSc) in Delta State University and graduated by 2011. In 2013, I am currently employed as a lecturer at the defunct College of Education, Agbor in Delta State. In the same year,Igot admitted to study Political Science (PhD) in Delta State University, which staggered and eventually had to wait, cause of my health failure, which lasted over years. After recuperation, I have decided to go back to school and get my PhD. Finally, I am married and blessed with 3 children.
