Background Dr. Henry EjotubuOgbe is a lecturer II in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, University of Delta, Agbor, Nigeria. Dr. Ogbe studied Political Science (Education) at Delta State University,Abraka and obtained B.Sc(Ed). In his quest for professionalism, he proceeded to the Postgraduate School of the Delta State University, Abraka where he obtained his Masters of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Political Science and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Political Science, with emphasis in Public Administration respectively. Dr. Ogbe joined the service of the defunct College of Education, Agbor, Delta State in 2008 where he taught Government at the institution’s Staff Model Secondary School. In 2014, Dr. Ogbe converted to the Lecturing cadre in the Department of Political Science. He has published various articles in reputable international, national and local journals. He has some publications in chapters of textbooks.
